— East Coast Japan America League (ECJAL) was established in 1992 at Brown University in order to celebrate Japanese Culture and promote its rich traditions through a series of lecturers. The theme of 2011 at Columbia University (Columbia Japan Society) is 道, meaning ” the way ; path ” in Japan. I performed “道 the way” and gave a calligraphy lecturer as well.
